Our newest expansion in 2009Steel Tank and Fabricating Corporation was founded in 1952 by William E. Kennedy Jr. to satisfy the increasing needs of the petroleum industry. Initially, the focus was on underground tanks for gas stations. Since the first tank rolled off the production line in 1952, the needs and requirements of our customers have changed dramatically. Over the years STAFCO has grown, expanding its production facility four (4) times in order to serve a wide range of customers, including petroleum, chemical, construction, agricultural, bio- fuel and industrial customers. We now have the capability to manufacture steel storage tanks up to 50,000 gallons in both vertical and horizontal configurations.
Today, Patrick W. Kennedy, president and son of founder William E. Kennedy Jr, has positioned STAFCO to take advantage of the new technology for tank storage of liquid products and has one goal in mind: 'Personal Service...Plain and Simple.'
